Ruth Richter

Ruth Richter is a member of ConvergenceCoaching, LLC, a national consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders achieve success by helping them develop and implement leadership, succession, marketing, and training and development plans. Ruth oversees the finance and operations for ConvergenceCoaching.

Ruth started performing special project work and billing services for ConvergenceCoaching in 2002. From 2004 to 2012, Ruth provided project management, meeting facilitation, and other special project and consulting services for our clients. In 2012, Ruth shifted a majority of her time to ROI Consulting, Inc., a seventeen-year-old software integration and consulting firm she co-owns with her husband Bob. The company specializes in delivering website integration solutions for Sage Software partners and end-users. Balancing her family business demands with the needs of ConvergenceCoaching, Ruth continues to be a loyal and integral part of our team.

Ruth has over 25 years of experience in the accounting software industry. Ruth’s previous career experience includes upper-management positions for accounting software developers State of the Art (now Sage Software, Inc.) and Solomon Software, Inc. (purchased by Microsoft, Inc.) where she was responsible for channel recruitment, direct channel management, annuity sales programs and promotions, sales operations, and management functions.

After fifteen years in Southern California, Ruth and her family relocated to Bellevue, Nebraska in 2005. Ruth is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Tomorrow, Orange County where she served on the board, including as Chairman in 2001-2002. She is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Bellevue, and in 2008 she was named the “Distinguished Alumni of the Year” for regularly supporting local community efforts. In 2008, with Ruth’s leadership, her church successfully submitted an Environmental Stewardship resolution for the Diocese of Nebraska which passed. In 2009, Ruth became a founding member of Green Bellevue and serves as the organization’s current Vice President. The organization has received multiple awards for environmental stewardship. In 2012, Ruth was named one of her city’s “Environmental Pioneers” by Fontenelle Forest.

Ruth is active in her church and served on its Finance Committee for seven years, including as Treasurer from 2011-2013. She currently serves as a certified lay preacher and as a guide in its Education for Ministry program. Ruth balances her many business and community activities with a busy family life where she and Bob are raising two growing boys.
