Ruth Richter is a member of ConvergenceCoaching, LLC, a national consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders achieve success by helping them develop and implement leadership, succession, marketing, and training and development plans. She provides project management, meeting facilitation, and coaching services on behalf of ConvergenceCoaching on various levels. Ruth also oversees finances and operations of ConvergenceCoaching.
Ruth has over 20 years of career experience in the accounting software industry. Ruth’s previous career experience includes upper-management positions for accounting software developers State of the Art (now Sage Software, Inc.) and Solomon Software, Inc. (purchased by Microsoft, Inc.) where she was responsible for channel recruitment, direct channel management, annuity sales programs and promotions, sales operations, and management functions.
Ruth has in-field technical software sales and marketing experience selling accounting solutions to vertical industries. In addition, Ruth is co-owner of ROI Consulting, Inc., a thirteen-year-old software integration and consulting firm specializing in delivering website integration solutions for Sage Software partners and end-users.
Ruth specializes in managing projects as well as staffing, organizing, and managing these functions. She also has extensive experience in marketing strategy and sales process development and improvement.
After fifteen years in Southern California, Ruth and her family relocated to Bellevue, Nebraska in 2005. Ruth is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Tomorrow, Orange County where she served on the board, including as Chairman in 2001-2002. She is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Bellevue, and in 2008 she was named the “Distinguished Alumni of the Year” for regularly supporting local community efforts. She is currently serving as the Treasurer at her church and in 2008 worked with their Vestry to successfully submit and pass an Environmental Stewardship resolution for the Diocese of Nebraska. Ruth also serves as the Vice President of GreenBellevue, a newly formed non-profit organization.
