Michelle Baca

Michelle Baca is a member of ConvergenceCoaching, LLC, a national leadership and marketing consulting firm dedicated to helping CPA and IT firms achieve success by helping them develop and implement leadership, succession, and marketing plans. She delivers dynamic presentations when speaking at association meetings and in-firm training engagements.

Michelle is committed to ensuring that her clients excel personally and professionally by applying her management skills, communication and coaching abilities, and technical experience. Her knowledge and compassion enable her to bring clarity to client issues and create plans for improvement and lasting change.

Prior to joining ConvergenceCoaching, Michelle co-founded Hi-Tech Ignition Interlock, one of the largest interlock service providers in the country where she supervised the daily operations of its two service centers. She continues to serve as a managing member of Hi-Tech Ignition Interlock, performing business development functions and creating awareness about the effects of the drunk driving problem facing our nation.

Michelle is a Certified Life and Career Coach and founder of Satisfying Career Solutions, LLC and helps clients deal with job burn-out, make successful career changes, and start their own businesses to create careers that are both personally rewarding and financially lucrative. She has also worked as an Independent Hiring Consultant, helping small to medium sized businesses attract ideal employees to their firms. This experience enables her to provide insight to her current clients regarding strategies for attracting ideal team members.

Michelle brings a wealth of technical skills to ConvergenceCoaching as well, having worked in the field of Information Technology as a Technology Project Liaison and Systems Analyst where she provided relational database solutions and database-driven event websites.

Michelle received her coaching training and certification from the Coach Training Alliance and is pursuing additional training and certification from the Center for Coaching Mastery. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), CoachVille, the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and Toastmasters International.
