Lisa Spear

Lisa Spear is a member of ConvergenceCoaching, LLC, a national consulting firm dedicated to helping CPA and IT firms achieve success by helping them develop and implement leadership, succession, and marketing plans. As the firm’s Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Lisa manages marketing and sales administration for the ConvergenceCoaching, LLC including marketing project management, sales pipeline administration, training program coordination and she provides marketing and sales support to our team.

Prior to joining ConvergenceCoaching, Lisa was employed as a Corporate Event Planner for Ingram Micro, an international technology distributor. In that capacity, she coordinated corporate events, board of director meetings, and trade shows and was responsible for all budgeting, logistics, and the successful facilitation of each event. 

Lisa also gained tremendous experience in training administration at State Of The Art Accounting Software (now known as Sage Software) as the Education Coordinator. In that capacity, she was responsible for the coordination of the company’s business partner and client training programs on both a local and regional basis.  Lisa has tremendous experience scheduling all classes, preparing educational materials, coordinating CPE compliance, and facilitating the logistics of all of the company’s programs.

In addition to her duties at ConvergenceCoaching, Lisa is very involved in her community and her children’s activities and has served as Home and School Association President, chaired a fundraiser auction project, and now volunteers her time at Saint Henry’s, where her three children currently attend school.
