Driving Your Success

One of the primary benefits of working with our organization is the ongoing leadership coaching, problem solving and guidance that come with our monthly one-on-one coaching calls with key leaders from your organization and ours. We facilitate these calls through an annual program we call Driving Your Success.

This fixed fee program provides for a “standing” monthly call with one of our senior consultants, providing you an opportunity to discuss specific issues arising in your practice as you journey on your road to success. In addition, our monthly client calls provide a structure for accountability against your overall plan, affording us both an opportunity to examine how we’re doing in achieving your Primary Success Routes™. This provides a mechanism to break down barriers to success and overcome roadblocks, enabling you to stay on track and ensuring that the implementation of your plan takes place.

Coaching Solution Center


Many of our clients encounter similar issues and opportunities. We have developed a number of solutions and tools that have benefited other ConvergenceCoaching clients and we make these available to current clients who participate in our Driving Your Success program. These solutions are available through our Coaching Solution Center (CSC) and include articles and presentations on leadership, management and marketing topics, a standardized SWOT process, job descriptions and hiring processes for many IT, sales and marketing positions, competitive analysis templates, comparison charts, sales pipeline management processes and many other items that can benefit you.  Click here to visit the CSC as a guest.
