Gabrielle Ulloa
 Gabrielle Ulloa
Gabrielle Ulloa is a member of ConvergenceCoaching, LLC, a national leadership and marketing
coaching and consulting firm dedicated to helping CPA and IT firms achieve success by helping them
develop and implement success plans. Gabrielle (Gaby) provides clients with project management,
consulting and coaching services in the areas of organizational development and marketing on behalf
of ConvergenceCoaching on various levels.
Gaby has more than 16 years of experience with the CPA profession with a strong project
management and IT background. Prior to joining Convergence Coaching, LLC, Gaby was a long-time
employee of the American Institute of CPAs, where she focused on meeting the practice management
and development needs of CPAs in small to mid-sized firms. Gaby has developed and executed
programs, services, and special projects including marketing activities for various membership sections
and credentials. She was instrumental in launching the AICPA’s IT Center website as well as many
new products and services to serve the needs of the IT Section members. In addition, Gaby has
over 9 years of Human Resources experience. In that capacity, she trained and coached many new
employees and provided guidance on organizational policies, procedures and change management.
Gaby is a Certified Zenger-Miller/Achieve Global instructor and has taught corporate courses, such as
Managing Change, Giving Recognition, and Giving and Receiving Constructive Feedback. She also
enjoys being a baseball and hockey mom for her two children.
